Mommies think juices to be a healthy drink for their young children. Even so, the truth is way away from this, as juice is digested as a pure sugar by the body and trains the child to crave sweets. Not only this, juices has also been confirmed to be a major trigger of tooth decay and it also has the tendency of causing Candida. 

What is the other alternative then? Milk? Milk is not liked by several of the kids and if you understood the ratio of urine and blood that the FDA allows into milk I promise you wouldn’t let your children touch it. What about water then? It is a great drink but its top quality varies, and children want to have some fun with their drink in terms of flavors that water does not enable as it is plain. What to do then? Below given are some of the tips to overcome the difficulty. 

As mentioned above, the good quality of water varies. Tap water is full of pollutants and many men and women do not know about. Branded bottled water is no superior to the tap water. Water filtered by osmosis systems has life giving nutrients removed. Ionized Alkaline water is far more hydrating because the size and shape of the water molecule cluster is reduced in size and is changed in shape to hexagonal. This size and shape allows the water molecules to pass via your tissues far more easily.

Should Parents Require Older Children,adolescents,and Teenagers to Wear Diapers to Bed?

 I’ve heard parents say that it’s okay if an older child,adolescent,or teenager doesn’t want to wear diapers to bed provided they take care of the wet clothes and bedding but I think that sends the wrong message. I think it sends the message that it’s okay to be unsanitary. As mentioned previously it’s unsanitary and unhealthy(not to mention uncomfortable) to lie all night in wet sheets and clothing. The following analogy might help. If a youngster has a cut you would have them put on a band-aid in order to prevent blood from getting on their clothes and on other stuff in the house in addition for sanitary reasons. Wearing a diaper to bed should be viewed no differently-the diaper is a band-aid for a bladder control problem. Or if the youngster was going to go out in the rain the parents would see to it that they wear a raincoat or use an umbrella to keep the child from getting wet. All of them are waterproof and all of them serve the function of keeping the individual from getting wet.
